Hello and welcome to Oaks Road Academy! My name is Dr. Averitt and I am excited to be starting my 4th year as the principal at ORA. There is no better place to be! The custodians, office staff, Ms. Day and I have been working hard throughout the summer to get the school ready to welcome the students, staff, and families of ORA. I can't wait to see all the familiar faces and get to know the new ones as everyone walks through the doors of the school.

We will have an Open House on August 22nd from 3:00-6:00. You will be able to meet your teacher, hear a little about your new grade level, and maybe even see a friend or two! We will also have information about bus routes ready for you at that time. 

The first day of school is August 26th. Car riders can be dropped off at the driveway that leads to the side of the building beginning at 7:20 each day. 

Dismissal begins at 3:10 each afternoon. The car-rider line forms on the driveway that leads to the side of the building. Our School Resource Officer will be outside to help you.
